Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Nationwide shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive your order confirmation after your order has been received. Shipment tracking information will be provided after order processing has been completed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
CAO Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
CAO Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
CAO Jewelry does not currently ship internationally except in the United States of America and Vietnam. More information to come, in the future.
RETURN
Sometimes things just don't work out, we are here to help you return or exchange your product.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at caojewelry.ca@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return information to send it back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will bear the cost and any taxes for the return, and the loss if it happens.
