At CAO JEWELRY, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition — with all original packaging and documentation (including IGL appraisal certificate if applicable).
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as CAO JEWELRY is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello@caojewelry.com within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@caojewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
  4. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed.
